Join us for the final Winds and Percussion Ensemble concert of the academic year.

This performance is part of the Maltz Performing Arts Center, Silver Hall Concert Series. These events are free, but registration is required. Reserve your tickets here. Parking passes may be purchased in advance for each performance for a nominal amount. Paid parking available upon arrival in the MPAC lot.

Shuttle service provided for this event. Shuttles depart from the Tinkham Veale University Center Linsalata Entrance (Bellflower Rd.) and Denison Hall (1650 E. 115th St.). Return shuttles depart from the MPAC at the conclusion of the event.

The Case Western Reserve University Symphonic Winds, under direction of Dr. Ryan Scherber, is the University concert band open to all CWRU & CIM undergraduate and graduate wind, brass and percussion players by audition. This exceptional group of students is comprised of both music majors and non-majors.  Symphonic Winds is dedicated to the performance of the most advanced repertoire written for the wind band medium.

The Case Percussion Ensemble (MUEN 324) is an elective performance ensemble dedicated to the thoughtful performance of the vast and varied repertoire for the modern percussion ensemble. The group presents several concerts each year, both on campus and within the community. The ensemble is open to all students with an interest in percussion instruments and music.
