Join the Klezmer Music Ensemble for dynamic and thrilling repertoire from Bessarabia, a unique multi-ethnic melting pot in Eastern Europe. The region was important for the creation and expansion of klezmer music, resulting in the hybrid Jewish/Romanian/Moldavian style that later became the basis for Yiddish dance music of 20th-century America.
Free and open to the public. Paid parking available in the Ford Avenue garage, Severance Hall garage or at the meters along Bellflower Road and East Blvd.
