Performs the Duruflé Requiem

faculty, staff and community members invited

Calling all CWRU faculty, staff researchers, residents, and administrators and all University Circle community members…who SING: Join Case Concert Choir, Church of the Covenant Choir, and Case/University Circle Symphony Orchestra to perform the magnificent Duruflé Requiem in April 2016!

Do you enjoy singing, but find yourself without a choir home? Are you looking for a reason to dust-off or show-off your vocal musicianship? Perhaps you performed with the University Circle Chorale many years ago and you would like to sing with a large chorus again?

Experience the thrill of performing a choral-orchestral masterpiece in a majestic setting. While no audition will be required, it is expected that members can read music and participate regularly in rehearsals.

This year’s performance will take place on Friday, April 15, 2016. Monday and Wednesday evening rehearsals begin with reviews of the entire work in late February and regular rehearsals run mid-March through April. If you are interested in joining us for this choral-orchestral collaboration, contact Dr. Matthew Garrett, Director of Case Choirs, for additional information.
