Bachfest 2014 – CWRU’s annual celebration of J.S. Bach’s music

Join  the Case/CIM Baroque Orchestra and the Case Early Music Singers for a concert featuring some of J.S. Bach’s best-loved choral and instrumental works!

The program will include:

Excerpts from Cantatas BWV 76, 147, and 199
Brandenburgs 3 and 5
Concerto for Oboe and Violin

Featured soloists include sopranos Hannah De Priest, Elena Mullins, Sian Ricketts, and Karin Weston and instrumentalists Cynthia Black (violin), Luke Conklin (oboe), Katrina King (baroque flute), Allison Monroe (violin), and Andrew Rosenblum (harpsichord). The orchestra and choir are made up of undergraduate and graduate students from Case Western and the Cleveland Institute of Music.
